In our team, we aim at answering a central question in plant developmental biology: how does positional information provided by hormonal signals regulate spatio-temporal patterns of cell identities during development ?
For this purpose, we are using multidisciplinary, quantitative approaches to study how the dynamic distribution of the plant hormones controls differential gene expression patterns at the shoot apical meristem.
