We apply biomolecular computer simulations and yeast-two hybrid experiments to elucidate the structure and interactions of proteins in living cells.

We want to understand how the conformational flexibility of proteins impacts their association and regulation.

 As a key application, we investigate the structural regulation of the anti-cancer target HSF1 (heat shock factor 1).
